The U.M. Army is coming to Springfield

The Springfield United Methodist Church is hosting the United Methodist Army from July 5th to the 11th.

This is a youth reach-out mission through United Methodist Church. Young people, supervised by adults, provide home repairs and yard clean-up for people who are unable to get these projects done on their own. Examples of projects they will take on at no charge are exterior painting, yard work, deck repairs, ramp construction. These are only for owner-occupied properties. Homeowners had to apply before June 1st to included.

  1. How can Springfield on the Dole swoop in and take some credit for this?
