Date for Springfield Winter Carnival moved

Lack of snow and cold weather has forced Springfield to move the dates for its Winter Carnival.


The event was scheduled for Febbruary 5, 6, and 7, but now will be held February 19, 20, and 21. Fireworks will take place at 7:30 pm on February 20.

Last winter’s return of the Springfield Winter Carnival was such a success, this year’s festival will be in February with even more events and fireworks.
