SAPA TV 2016 Community Survey 

 Take the Survey and be entered to win $250 

 SAPA TV is looking for your input. As a community access television station it is our goal to best meet the needs of the SAPA TV viewing communities. Your input can help us to work towards achieving this goal. Please click the link below to participate in this survey. Survey participants will be entered to win a $250 cash prize. The drawing for the cash prize will be held on November 20, 2016. Survey participants do not have to be present to win.
