Date of Arrest: October 11, 2016
Defendant: William Lannon, 68, Ludlow VT
On 10/11/2016 at approximately 0930 hours Officers were dispatched to the Springfield Probation Office to assist Probation with William Lannon who had allegedly violated his probation.
Upon arrival Officers were informed that William had allegedly violated his Conditions of Release. William was transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing and was released on another set of Conditions of Release.
William was issued a citation for the alleged Violation of Conditions to appear at a later date.

Defendant: Nico Spaulding, 34, Springfield VT
Springfield Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for a minor motor vehicle violation on Union St.
Upon investigation, Nico Spaulding was cited into Windsor Superior Court-Criminal Division for alleged Criminal- DLS.

Defendant: Kathryn Peloski, 23, Bellows Falls VT
Springfield Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for a minor motor vehicle violation on South St.
Upon investigation, Kathryn Peloski was cited into Windsor Superior Court-Criminal Division for alleged Criminal- DLS.
Possession of Heroin
Case #: 16SF006329
Investigating Officer: Officer Deslauriers
Date of Arrest: October 10, 2016
Defendant: Jason Morin, 31, Springfield VT
On 10-10-2016 Probation officers summoned the Springfield Police to a residence in Springfield.
It was reported that one of their clients was found in possession of Herion.
The suspected Heroin was seized and the remainder of the residence was searched with the consent of the offender. No further contraband was located.
Morin was lodged at SSCF in lieu of $5,000 bail and arraigned on October 11th in Windsor County Criminal Court.

Case #: 16SF006305
Investigating Officer: Officer Prince
Date of Arrest: October 10, 2016
Defendant: John Kinton, 53, Springfield VT
On 10-10-2016 at approximately 1100 hours I was dispatched to 106 Valley Street for a report of a possible assault that had just occurred.
Upon arrival I observed John Kinton to be standing in the living room yelling and swearing.
After a short investigation it was determined that John had allegedly assaulted the landlord of the property.
John was taken into custody for the alleged assault and was transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing.
John was issued a citation for the alleged Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct and was released on Conditions of Release to appear on October 11th in Windsor County Criminal Court.
Possession & Cultivation of Marijuana

Investigating Officer: Cpl Gilderdale
Date of Arrest: October 7, 2016
Defendant: David Snide, 28, Springfield VT
On August 30, 2016 officer's responded to the area of 119 Merrill Street in Springfield, Vermont for a missing cell-Phone.
In the process of trying to track the phone via an online tracking system, officer's located two pots allegedly containing marijuana plants in the window of 119 Merrill Street.
Said plants were seized. Resident David Snide was contacted and allegedly confessed to ownership.
Snide was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on November 11th.
DUI
Case #: 16SF006267
Investigating Officer: Cpl Gilderdale
Date of Arrest: October 8, 2016
Defendant: Anne Speight, 47, Springfield VT
An Officer was dispatched to a motor vehicle complaint, regarding employees at the Holiday Inn reporting that a guest had left the hotel and they believed the guest was intoxicated.
Springfield Police located the suspect, Anne Speight at the Exit 7 Truck Stop.
Speight was arrested for allegedly Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants and was lodged at SSCF in lieu of $1000 bail and was subsequently arraigned on October 10th.

Date of Arrest: September 16, 2016
Defendant: Harold Gelchinsky, 69, Chittenden VT
Gelchinsky allegedly made repeated, unsolicited phone calls to a juvenile residing in Springfield.
