Grow with the flow

Most of Mineral Street has been dug up over the past three weeks to bury new sewer main lines in order to better serve the many residences in the hills above.

    you would think they would move the excavator at the bottom of grove street,so cars could pass each other,bottle necks traffic right there,blocking the intersection of mineral and south st

      they do have half of mineral st closed and diverted onto mt vernon st
