The business meeting was followed by a goal setting forum to gather input on ways the service and viewership might improve and better meet the needs of the community.

At one time, only Springfield area Comcast cable tv subscribers had access to SAPA-TV programming. (By law, a small portion of cable subscription fees go to the operation of local public access television.) But now, a select number of SAPA-TV local productions can be viewed anywhere there is internet access, through their free "Video on Demand" service available at this link:
