  1. “In this case Miss Perez would like to continue to seek substance abuse treatment (because) jail is not the best place to detox.” Yes, yes in this case jail is the best place for her to detox. Don't be releasing the "crazed" woman to attack someone else for God's sake!

Nobody who is sane would ever try to steal a horse,

    1. Heroin used to be called "horse" back in the day, maybe she just got confused.

  5. She wouldn't be going to detox or jail if she attacked me with a sharp object.

  7. She should be tried for attempted murder. Rot in jail and send the rest of her family back to NJ

    1. Her Public Defender would beat an attempted murder charge. Assault with a deadly weapon ought to stick; a class A felony probably where they are labeled that way.

  9. U people need to get a life n stop voicing ur pathetic comments. Judging someone u know nothing about. It is sad how not many people these days have no heart for anyone anymore. Yes her actions were wrong but were committed unconsciously. Should we be blamed for knocking over an expensive vase because we were sleep walking... hope my cuz is ok where she is.... 💝

    2. So, what you are saying is if I decide to get drunk and drive my car its ok when I hit someone and severely injure them or worse it's excusable because I was unconscious?
Stop coddling these drug users and instead of giving them second and third chances, give them one chance to get their life correct and if they keep using and causing issues like this lady did lock them away for a minimum of 5 years to detox and maybe think about their actions.
She's lucky she didn't get shot for trying to steal the horse or kill the guy whose car she tried to steal.

    3. So, in your logic if I decide to have a few beers and drive my truck, crash into a car its cool because I committed them unconsciously?
How many times has she been in trouble for drugs?. Sleepwalking is subconscious action. Putting a needle in your arm isn't.
If the person she stabbed with the glass was your family you'd be singing a different tune. She should be tried for attempted murder. As far as the horse stealing, back in the day she would've been hung in the town square.

    4. The whole "criminal as the victim of society" rap is getting pretty old. So is Ebonics. Feel sorry for the person she stabbed, whom I'm sure did nothing to deserve it.

  10. 11:51,judging someone you know nothing about,do you read the papers, she has been in trouble for the last 10 years many of times, drugs, assault, instead of wasting your time defending her,why don't you spend your time helping her,if that is possible

  11. Maybe she was trying to mimic Roy Moore who just recently fell off his high horse.

Ann Case, the co-author of the Case-Deaton study which found out that the suicide rate has skyrocketed for white Americans over 50, was interviewed recently. She said that she believes that deaths from alcoholism and substance abuse ought also be included in the statistics since they are forms of slow suicide....

  13. Moochie moochie, don't mooch off me. Now you have a warm place to stay and good meals to eat plus you are trouble free. Still at my expense. Don't mooch off me moochie.
