2017-12-13 / Springfield Springfield Farmers Market to hold Christmas Holiday market SPRINGFIELD — The Springfield Farmers Market will hold a Christmas Holiday Farmers Market from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 16 at the United Methodist Church on Valley Street in Springfield. Vendors will be offering a variety of products including grass fed beef, honey, maple syrup, eggs and roasting chickens. Also available will homemade artisan breads, doughnuts, holiday pies, cookies, jams and jellies as well as specialty pickles and relishes and much more. There will also be an assortment of unique handcrafted items including crocheted dishcloths, beeswax candles, jewelry, a collection of Old World Santas, holiday decorations and more. Pies can be pre-ordered by calling (802) 885-4096 before Dec. 14. This is a good time to find unique gifts for family and friends. New vendors and nonprofits are welcome to enquire. A 10x10 space fee will be $10. The Springfield Farmers Market is a nonprofit market.
