  1. Hey, guess what! If you read the U.S. News "Best States" rankings, Vermont comes in at #9! Not bad, out of 50 states!

Did the Community Loan Fund count its fingers after it shook hands with Merrill Lynch?

    1. Chuck, you're beginning to sound a lot like Bernie. He harps on one subject and one subject only: THE ONE PERCENT. You grumble constantly about WALL STREET and that too has become tedious.
This story is a good news moment but once again, you show up with your usual Wall Street drivel. Give it a rest.

    2. To be honest, that's what I like about Bernie; he stays focused on issues that matter to working people, not the cultural issues that matter only to the elites! Too bad the Dems didn't see it that way; Bernie would have clobbered Trump!

7:23, I need a night time story. Tell me again about Bain Capital? KKR? Michael Milken? Jamie Dimon? Lloyd Blankfein? AIG? Lehman Brothers? Precision Valley's demise?. . . . .

    1. Hmm, sort of like Trump, eh? What conservatives fail to realize is that while Trump can't be prosecuted WHILE President, that privilege ENDS when his tenure does! Bye, bye, DONALD!

    3. Money laundering and tax evasion come to mind instantly. Then there are things like conspiring with foreign entities to undermine our elections, public corruption, abuse of power, obstruction of justice, etc, etc! It really is a sad commentary the someone so corrupt and dirty as Donald Trump could EVER become President. But, I suppose if there are enough crooked people out there voting, and you cheat JUST ENOUGH, even a President Trump is possible in America!

  5. CNN pablum sippers will never change. The trick is to just ignore them as they sink into their swamp of self-entitlement. The rest of us TRUE Americans have work to do! Ignore the whining!!!

    1. The only thing about the "Trump phenomena" that worries me is what to do with all the bitter, disillusioned Trump supporters when it's over. We don't have the prison or mental health space, and there aren't enough menial service jobs for all of them. Maybe we can create "Trumpland" out in the desert and have Joe Arpaio run it!

    2. What will all these business owners and entrepreneurs do when it's all over...?

  6. Guess we'll just have to worry about that "when it's over".....in 2024!
