Senior Center to hold open house and farewell party


The Springfield Senior Center will hold an open house to say farewell to Executive Director Heather Hall, who is leaving the center to accept a new position with another agency.

Hall’s last official day at the center will be Friday, June 15. All are welcome to join Senior Center members at an open house from 1 to 3 p.m. on that day to thank Hall for her two years of service to the center, and to bid her and her sidekick, Trixie, a fond farewell.

Cake and ice cream will be provided.
