Kibbe pleads guilt on two counts

NH Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald announced that Ian Kibbe, 31, of Springfield, Vermont, pleaded guilty today in the Sullivan County Superior Court to one count of unsworn falsification and one count of obstructing government administration.
