Springfield has to get over the Simpsons movie night. It was 1 night years ago... time for Springfield to move on.

Clearly, while Springfield has gotten over the Simpsons, Pecco hasn't.

You must remember that European artistic sensibilities are different from ours. The French still revere Jerry Lewis as an auteur. Clearly, there is something about the home of the Simpsons that resonates in Pecco's breast. Who are we to deny him?
