  4. Vermont is known for its peace and beauty. No city activity could ever be seen in Vermont. Crime and drugs are appearing more than ever. For us Vermonters to accept city behavior into our commmunity is asking for more drugs and crime to occur. This is "country" living up here. Keep the rap gangsta behavior in the city where it belongs. Hard working honest taxpayers do not want this riff to appear in our community. Why not invite a country band or rock n' roll band to perform in our community. All the young generation are influenced to wear their hats backwards and wear their pants to their knees with their underwear showing. Does anyone know what Holyoke, MA was like 40 yrs. ago? It was a quiet working community. Now you can't run into the store without coming back out to no car. Springfield should be in ruins within the next ten years, if not sooner. Please accept this post, it is nothing but the truth.

    1. And we all know what good, upstanding, law abiding, non drinkers, non smokers or drug users belong to Country Western and R&R bands.

    3. Why don't you just say what you mean. You don't want black people to bring their culture here. Lift the veil on your racism, at least you'll be honest to yourself.

  7. Admin, Thanks for the heads-up on Wikipedia. Least any of you idealistic twits not instantly recognize this thug for what he is, here it is in plain English.

Criminal record[edit source | edit]Ross has a history of arrests spanning from his childhood to even after his record label signing and album release. This culminated in him recently being sentenced to seven years in prison in 2006[5] for failing to show up to court for his sentencing (which was to be 2 – 6 years initially) in a grand larceny charge from 2004, in which he was accused of robbing more than $6,000 worth of jewelry from a hotel room.[6] He was released from prison in May 2010 and did an interview with BET two hours later.[7]

Now anyone want to scream, RACIST?

    1. I just would like to point out the shows over, nobody died, nobody over-dosed. Money was made to support a few families and 6 local hip-hop acts earned exposure. Also, you're never going to stop the spread of good music. Face it, hip-hop is everywhere. Maybe you even got some will smith on your iPod lol! Anyway the show was a success and I will be having many more. I'm planning one now, ill post the name soon so you can do a background check.
      Thanks,
      Jibba The Gent

  8. Since getting out of prison, BR has turned away from drugs and crime, read this interview excerpt:

XXL: So you’re saying the robberies were out of necessity?
BR: To a point, but what I did in ’04— Look I’m an adrenaline jumper. It’s just the adrenaline rush. I love that feeling. Whether it’s robbing people, or getting on the mic doing it or fighting somebody, that’s better than any drug I ever had.
    XXL: Is it an addiction?
BR: Definitely. Definitely it’s an addiction.
XXL: Are you taking any steps to break it?
BR: Of course, the only way to break that feeling is to maintain and stay focused. As soon as I get unfocused that’s when I start wyldin’ and losing sight of the prize. Regardless of my situation I shouldn’t have to lash out like that, but it happened. It was unfortunate, but it could’ve been worse. I’ve always looked at it as a wake-up call for me… I’ve been so many places and I’ve never talked about it. Now that I’m here, my mind’s focused and I’m thinking that I’ve been around the world twice. C’mon what am I doing? Let me show this growth and stop playing.

  9. When in dire need of publicity, any kind of publicity, engage in race baiting. Yawn. Knowing that any adverse criticism or comments rendered can always be rebutted by the ignorant and thin skinned with cries/allegations of racism, pure and simple. How come Springfield didn't invite him to perform in The Great Hall? Must be institutional racism!

  10. And you will be seeing him on VH1 soon. There's some publicity.
