He was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility on $1000 bail and was arraigned on January 21st in Windsor Court.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Responded to Evergreen Heights for a disorderly female. Made contact with Weiss who upon checking her Court ordered Conditions of Release she had conditions not to contact a specific individual. That subject was in the same room as Weiss.

Weiss was issued a citation to appear in court on January 21st to answer to the charge.
