Claremont, NH

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Alec was arrested for allegedly Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol following a traffic stop for defective equipment. He was also issued traffic tickets for allegedly Operating a Motor Vehicle with No License (Suspended in NH), allegedly operating a motor vehicle while Under 21 with a .02 or Greater BAC and diversion paperwork for allegedly being a Minor who Consumed Alcohol. He was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility on $1000 bail and was arraigned on January 21st in Windsor Court.

Violation Conditions of Release

Jathniel Weiss

Bellows Falls, VT

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Responded to Evergreen Heights for a disorderly female. Made contact with Weiss who upon checking her Court ordered Conditions of Release she had conditions not to contact a specific individual. That subject was in the same room as Weiss.

Weiss was issued a citation to appear in court on January 21st to answer to the charge.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Jesse was arrested for allegedly driving with a suspended license after his vehicle went off the road due to the slippery road conditions. He was released on a citation to appear in Windsor court on 2/25/14

Possession of Bath Salts

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Following a traffic stop on River Street for a traffic violation, Jamie Smith and Brynna Lawton were arrested for allegedly possessing "Bath Salts".

A Citation was issued to both parties to appear on 02/25/14 Windsor County Criminal Court

2) Gross Negligent Operation of Motor Vehicle

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: John was arrested for allegedly operating under the influence after an officer observed him allegedly drive over a small snowbank and then allegedly almost crash head on into his patrol car in the driveway of the Irving Circle K.

Citation issued to appear in Windsor District Court 01-28-14

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Officers responded to a call for a suspicious vehicle. Upon further investigation Emerson was later arrested for allegedly driving with a criminally suspended license.

Citation issued to appear in Windsor District Court 03-11-2014

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Maria was arrested for allegedly assaulting a male household member causing injury and then resisting officers attempts to take her into custody after officers were called to her residence for a reported domestic dispute.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Served on an arrest warrant on Deven Moffitt, who was incarcerated at the Southern State Correctional Facility.

North Springfield, Vermont

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On this date I conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle that took off at a high rate of speed while traveling on River Street. The operator was subsequently taken into custody for allegedly driving while ability was impaired by alcohol.

Citation issued to appear in Windsor District Court 01-21-14
