SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/24/2015 at approximately 0208 hours an officer observed a vehicle pulling in and out of the businesses on Clinton Street without using a directional. Upon conducting a motor vehicle stop it was discovered that the operator's privilege to drive in Vermont was,criminally suspended.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/17/2015 at approximately 2242 hours an officer observed a vehicle driving on River Street with a defective brake light. Upon conducting a motor vehicle stop it was discovered that the operator's privilege to drive in Vermont was criminally suspended.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Officers responded to a dispute and learned that a physical fight had allegedly started between James Massey and Anthony Jones, both of Springfield. Both sustained injuries and were cited for Simple Assault.

Unlawful Mischief

Joshua Pelton

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 15, 2015 I took a complaint of a door that was kicked in. Investigation revealed that the damage was allegedly caused by Joshua Pelton. I have been unable to make contact with Pelton despite numerous attempts.




Warrant Requested from Windsor County Criminal Court

Warrant Arrest

April 24, 2015

Zachary McNeill, age 23, was located in a residence on River Street and was subsequently arrested on 2 outstanding warrants.

One warrant, issued by Windsor Superior Court, Criminal Division, was for Identity Theft x3 and False Information on a Vehicle Statement with bail set at $1,000.00

The second warrant, a Return on Mittimus to serve 6 days, was issued by Probation and Parole for the offense of Escape from Supervision.

McNeill was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility without incident.
































On April 3rd an active Arrest Warrant was issued for Nicholas J Turco, age 35, formerly of the Mount Holly area. Turco is sought in connection with the purse snatching that occurred outside the South Street Market and subsequent forgery of checks.

The Warrant consists of misdemeanor charges of Petit Larceny $900 or less; False Pretenses or False Tokens $900 or Less; and Vehicle Operation following License Suspension. The Warrant also includes felony charges of Forgery-Utter/Publish an Instrument x3.

Bail on this warrant has been set at $10,000. Anyone knowing where Turco may be located is urged to contact the PD at 802-885-2113.
