Springfield wrestling weekend
The Springfield VT Wrestling Team is hosting two back-to-back tournaments at Riverside Middle School this weekend.
Kids in grades K-8 will throw down on Saturday, March 21 for the 2015 Schweitzer Memorial Youth Wrestling Tournament, then girls of all grades from all over the East Coast get fierce on Sunday, March 22 in the first-ever Precision Valley Classic Girls Wrestling Tournament.
Action kicks off about 9:30AM both days. Admission is only $1 on Saturday, and is free on Sunday. There will be a full concession stand during both events, a 50/50 raffle, and custom event tee shirts available for purchase.
Come watch some terrific wrestling action and support your local team's fundraising efforts!

Kudo's to these fine to young men that have put the time in to rebuild this program. Don Beebe and Floyd Buck certainly have exceeded any expectations and are to be padded on the back and thanked by for their hours and hours of time over the past years. We could use a few more young men (and women as far as that goes) like them.
