Video: Inspiration

Chip Howard:  This is a seven minute video that follows my weight loss journey through my running. It concludes with a community recognition award I was given during the local Dam Run in Springfield, Vermont.


Special thanks to everyone that has supported me these past few months and I could never repay my wife and daughters for the patience and support that they have provided me. I feel like I have a new life and am so grateful. I'd also like to recognize the Dartmouth Bariatric Program which made certain that I was completely prepared for the journey I was about to take last October. They have been incredible. I'd also like to thank "Kate" for reading my daughter's letter, and Joe Cerniglia for providing support, coaching, and inspiring others through outreaches like the Springfield Dam Run. 

Music is "Believe in Happiness" which I downloaded from Envato Market and have a music license to use.
