Yoga will be starting back up at the Springfield Senior center. Come on Monday, April 2 at 10 a.m. for Floor Yoga and Tuesday and Thursday at 9 am for Chair Yoga.
If you’ve been cast in the play that the senior center is doing, please come to the senior Center on Tuesday, April 3, at 2 p.m. for your first rehearsal. For the month of April, rehearsals will take place every Tuesday at 2 p.m.
The VNH will be hosting their foot clinic on Tuesday, April 3. Appointments are necessary, please call the senior center soon to schedule one.
On Wednesday, April 4, at 1 p.m., come to the Springfield Senior Center for Nickel Bingo with Roger Newhall and the celebration of April birthdays with Dale O’Brien.
The Knit Wits will be meeting in the living room on Thursday, April 5 at 1 p.m. Anyone can join, please stop on in!

Drop into the Springfield Senior Center on Friday, April 6, at 1 p.m. for open shuffleboard. No experience is necessary and teams will be made with the people who show up. This is a great way to learn the game and meet new people!
Big news from Meals on Wheels! The Senior Community Lunch has a temporary new home. For three months beginning April 3, the Springfield Elks Club has graciously offered the use of their banquet room every Tuesday and Thursday for a buffet-style lunch and weekly door prizes from area businesses. Stop on in for a great meal and even better company!
