Rockingham Area Land Trust votes to dissolve
RACLT, the Springfield-based affordable housing group which owns and manages more than 500 units in Bellows Falls, Westminster, Athens and 17 other towns in two counties, has approved a plan to dissolve the organization, paving the way for Windham Housing Trust to take over most of the group’s properties.

Vietnam War forged a friendship
The town of Springfield proclaimed Wednesday “Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day.” A dinner honoring them was held at VFW Post 771 that evening.
